At CeBit 2004, Sony ericsson, displayed and announced three new and completely different models i.e. k700i, s700, z500. The target of k700i was more inclined towards the youth. And it is supposed that the Sony ericsson k700i acceptance and success will be the same as of Sony ericsson t610.

Sony ericsson k700i comes with many improved and new features. This time Sony ericsson presented the concept of dual design which is quite impressive. From one side it looks like a classic phone and from other side it looks like a digital camera. The TFT color screen has a resolution of 176x220 pixels which is large as compared to t610 in terms of width and height. The screen quality is heavily improved. As this is a phone for youth, so the company can't afford the set to be at a very high price.
